With over 15 years of real estate lending experience, I can provide answers to practically all lending situations. I specialize in zero down and first time home buyer programs, plus I put together unique situations such as manufactured home, construction and Farm/Agriculture lending packages.
My focus is all of Kittitas County in Central Washington, but I have worked with the borrowers all over Washington, Oregon and Northern Idaho and will continue to serve borrowers residing in these areas.
